Required skills:

Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field preferred, but not required. Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in real estate are encouraged to apply.

High school diploma or equivalent required. A real estate license is preferred or must be obtained within a specified timeframe.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Familiarity with real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing tools.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
