Work Location Focus: Central Market, SOBO Market (South Bombay)

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand clients’ real estate needs and recommend tailored solutions.

- Manage end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue growth.

- Conduct site visits with clients on a daily and weekly basis to showcase properties.

- Negotiate deals to secure favorable terms for clients and the company.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Maintain and update the client database with accurate, real-time information.

- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s success.

- Provide market insights and analysis to inform decision-making and drive strategy.

- Source potential leads and develop new business opportunities in real estate.

- Experience in handling sales across Central or SOBO (South Bombay) markets is mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in real estate sales, with familiarity in the Central or SOBO (South Bombay) Markets.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi to engage with diverse clients.

- A self-driven and goal-oriented professional with a passion for real estate.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree are preferred; however, undergraduates with substantial real estate experience will also be considered.

- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
