Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound lead generation through calls, emails, and digital platforms to identify potential real estate clients.

- Qualify leads by understanding their real estate requirements and assessing their purchasing potential.

- Provide accurate and timely information to clients about available properties, project features, pricing, and offers.

- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for seamless customer experience.

- Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client details and follow-up actions.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales funnel.

- Build rapport with prospective clients to nurture long-term relationships and ensure future business opportunities.

- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and necessary documentation required for clients.

- Track leads from initial contact through closure and provide feedback on the quality and status of each lead.
