Key Responsibilities:
- Understand clients’ real estate needs specific to the Hyderabad market and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales activities in Prem Nagar, Kokapet, and Airport areas, ensuring revenue growth.
- Conduct regular site visits with prospective clients to showcase properties in key Hyderabad locations.
- Negotiate deals and secure favorable terms for clients and the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business opportunities.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate and real-time information.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, directly contributing to the company’s growth.
- Provide insights into the local real estate market and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Source potential leads and identify new business opportunities within the Hyderabad real estate market.
- Handle sales process management at site and ensure smooth deal closures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in real estate sales with in-depth knowledge of the Hyderabad market, especially Prem Nagar, Kokapet, and Airport areas.
- Fluency in Telugu (mandatory), along with proficiency in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with clients across different demographics.
- Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close deals efficiently.
- A goal-oriented professional with a passion for real estate and customer relationship building.
- Capable of working independently and within a collaborative team environment to achieve sales targets.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree are preferred, but undergraduates with substantial real estate experience will also be considered.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to establish long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage client databases, follow-ups, and market research.
