Job Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate

Location: Sector 71, Mohali

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in real estate sales

Job Description:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property tours, and closing deals. You will play a key role in helping potential buyers find their dream properties by understanding their needs and offering expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.

Conduct property viewings and explain the features, pricing, and benefits to potential buyers.

Close deals by negotiating and guiding clients through the entire sales process.

Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout and after the transaction.

Stay informed about property listings, market trends, and new projects.

Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to provide up-to-date property information.

Manage paperwork including sales contracts, agreements, and follow-ups post-sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 1-2 years of real estate sales experience.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.

Skills:

o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

o Strong organizational and time management abilities.

o Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.

o Knowledge of local real estate markets in Mohali.

Personality Traits: Goal-driven, persuasive, and highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
