Real Estate Sales Executive

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of making 30-40 calls per day, excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, and a keen understanding of customer needs. This role involves scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and effectively converting prospects into site visits.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.

Achieve daily call targets of 30-40 calls, maintaining quality standards.

Engage potential customers to understand their requirements and explain the benefits of our offerings.

Schedule appointments for site visits based on customer availability and interest.

Follow up with leads through calls and emails to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in tele sales or a similar role.

Graduation degree in any field.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken and written).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and tailor product/service pitches accordingly.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
