Responsibilities:
• Should have a track record of developing long-term client relationships, closed numerous complex transactions and be driven by a success-based compensation structure.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Leadership qualities, encouraged to take on a leadership role, collaborate with team members to achieve better results and within the organization and be given numerous resources to help facilitate a lucrative career.
• Must have knowledge In-depth understanding of the real estate business, polices, practices - ability and experience in building and handling a large sales team.
• Monitor weekly and monthly progress, analyses gaps and suggest improvement areas. Conduct performance discussions regularly.
• Conceptualizing, implementing and monitoring schemes to incentivize Channel Partner & Sales Personnel.
• Expand customer base through a variety of effective sales techniques. Provide information on the commercial, Residential and Retail Property Market.
• Excellent expertise in per sales, direct sales, corporate sales, foreign sales and NRI clients, handling channel partners and large broker network.
