Requirements:
Anyone aspiring to work as real estate sales professional should have duties, tasks, and responsibilities of the role:
• Constant calling to prospect clients on the leads provided by the company or self-generated leads
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
• Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
• Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
• Site visits: Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
• Provide regular sales / calling/ leads reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
• Client Retention: Maintain contact with clients and retain them to have opening to discuss future business prospects
• Participate in seminars, training and the events organised by the Company time to time to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
