We are looking for Sourcing Manager/Closing Manager who will be responsible for handling the company's end to end sourcing operations. The role requires excellent social skills and communication skills while dealing with varied audiences. Leverage a strong network of Channel Partners(CP)and existing customers to achieve set targets. Consistently building on the CP network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them. Engagement and empanelment of CP to business.
KRA’s:
 Identification of Channel Partners, signing them up to generate business.
 Identify good channel partners in the market, connect on regular basis and promote projects to them.
 Interacting with channel partners for developing communication plans based on specific sales objectives and analyzing it in keeping further sales planning into considerations.
 Carrying out pre sales promotional activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets.
 Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
 Launch new CP initiatives and schemes in coordination with Marketing.
 Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
 Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.
 Organizing and conducting CP meet on regular basis
 Conducting market survey on newly launched projects by connecting with CP and competitors
Skillset/Key traits:
The role requires the candidate to be skilled at understanding requirements and providing the right product. Previous roles in B2B sales or in depth customer understanding are ideal candidates.

Strong communication skills. Excellent grooming
Experience in customer relationship management
