Responsibilities:
1. Building relationships with potential customers residential real estate buyers.
2. Know how of ongoing real estate market.
3. Assist the customers about organization, project & product details; provide insights,
USPs & specifications of the designated project.
4. Helping customers to shortlist inventory available in project.
5. Assist the customer during site visits, analysis and recommendation about the
project to customer.
6. Assist the customers in finalizing & negotiating apartment.
7. Consult customer about different financing options - devise custom solution: best
for customer's portfolio.
8. Building relations with channel partners & assist their customers.
9. Ensure complete customer servicing: documentation, follow ups, coordination.
