Job Responsibilities: - Work with buyers and Chanel Partners properties throughout the area.
- Handle both inbound/ outbound calls.
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures.
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution.
- Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
- Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, and lead generation services.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Establish and maintained good relations with all clients
- Participate in the company's sales strategy
Requirements: • Excellent organisational skills to work independently and manage projects
• Minimum 1-2 year experience in similar field or capacity.
• Strong organisation & scheduling skills
• Candidates must be organised, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
