• Monitor weekly and monthly progress reports, analyses gaps and suggest improvement areas and performance discussions regularly.
• Expand customer base through a variety of effective sales techniques. Provide information on the commercial, Residential and Retail Property Market.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the team head.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
