- Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to secure favorable deals.

- Prepare necessary legal documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.

- Coordinate with appraisers, mortgage lenders, attorneys, and inspectors to facilitate transactions.

- Keep property listings updated and maintain professional relationships with clients.

- Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and industry best practices.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson is preferred.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with a customer-focused approach.

- Good understanding of real estate laws, market trends, and financial aspects.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate management software.

- A valid real estate agent or brokers license.

- Trustworthy, professional, and self-motivated.
