Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of sales experience who are eager to build a career in real estate. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to prospective clients through networking, referrals, and digital channels.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing them with information on our projects and offers.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Planet Greens offerings to effectively present benefits and features to clients.

Site Visits: Arrange and accompany clients on site visits, offering a personalized experience and addressing queries.

Negotiation & Closure: Manage the sales process from inquiry to closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Documentation: Assist clients with required documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, and keep track of sales targets and achievements.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients
