Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Executive to lead and manage our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by overseeing property acquisitions, sales, and leases while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire, lease, and sell properties.

Manage and negotiate real estate transactions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Oversee property valuations, due diligence, and legal documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the real estate sector.

Analyze demographic, economic, and market data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning laws, environmental regulations, and real estate licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or management.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

In-depth knowledge of local and national real estate markets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with real estate transactions and property management.
