Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage real estate development projects from start to finish.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to meet quality standards and deadlines.

- Conduct market research and analysis for identifying new opportunities and trends.

- Develop strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve objectives.

- Evaluate property investments, acquisitions, and dispositions through financial analysis.

- Prepare project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost management strategies.

- Negotiate contracts, leases, and agreements to optimize financial outcomes.

- Monitor financial performance and profitability, taking corrective actions as needed.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status and key metrics.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations.

- Review legal documents and contracts to mitigate risks and protect company interests.

- Work with legal counsel and regulatory agencies on complex legal and compliance issues.

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of real estate professionals.

- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and growth.

- Develop marketing strategies to attract buyers, tenants, and investors.
