Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at HJ Real Estates in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property sales, including conducting property tours, providing information to clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The Sales Associate will also need to build and maintain relationships with clients and stay updated on market trends and property values.

Qualifications

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of the real estate market and property values

Customer service-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail

Basic computer skills

Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
