we would be nothing without our successful sales team. we’re seeking a qualified sales consultant to help us sell the products and services. the sales consultant will have a strong understanding of the sales process, building relationships, and closing deals. the ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and meetings, it’s essential that our sales consultant be personable and professional.

you are appointed for

• converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which matching the investment need of the prospects

• taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process

• to be compliant with operations process

• ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction at all touch-points

• providing after sales services and assist in home loans for the customers

• coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

you are welcome if you have

• graduation/mba degree

• positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings each day, for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing sales

• experience in direct sales will be an added advantage

• proficiency with sales management software and crm

• active listening & good communication skills, social media skills, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

• ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects

• high levels of passion & confidence and fearless attitude
