Mini 06 month of experience required in Real Estate industry.
• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• To make outbound sales calls to new leads assigned by Tele-Marketing and existing customers.
• New leads to be converted thereby generating new business each month.
• Constantly up-sell and cross-sell products and services for both outbound and inbound business.
• Maintain and update identified customer’s opportunities on support systems.
• Use the necessary sales tools on calls to understand the customer’s business.
• To answer all customer enquiries regarding company services accurately, consistently, and with confidence. Provide information on prices, location, amenities, benefits and all sales questions.
• Provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all prospects have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action.
• Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve procedures, technology, and service.
