As a Commission-Based Property Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying potential properties, conducting research, and connecting with potential buyers on behalf of our real estate firm. Your role is crucial in expanding our property portfolio and facilitating successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Scouting: Conduct thorough research to identify potential properties that meet the criteria outlined by our clients or company objectives.
Utilize various resources such as online listings, networking events, and local contacts to discover hidden opportunities in the real estate market.
Buyer Search: Identify and engage with potential buyers who are looking for properties available on sale or lease.
Negotiation Support: Assist in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Documentation Assistance: Assist in the preparation and review of necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures, to facilitate property transactions.
Commission-Based Compensation: The Property Advisor will receive 50% - 75% of the commission earned from the side they represent as the Property Advisor. THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED JOB AND THEIR WILL NO FIXED SALARY.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in real estate sales, insurance sales, credit card sales, marketing etc.; Should have a Computer at home. (Compulsory); Strong knowledge of local areas; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations; Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment; Proficiency in using MS Word & Excel.
