Responsibilities:

�� Negotiate sales contracts and purchase agreements, advocating for the best interests of clients while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
�� Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to create promotional materials, online listings, and digital campaigns to generate leads and drive property sales.
�� Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and industry conferences to expand professional contacts, build brand awareness, and stay updated on market trends and developments.
�� Provide personalized guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process, from initial consultation and property selection to closing and post-sale services.
�� Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transaction details using CRM software or databases provided by the brokerage firm.
�� Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of real estate transactions and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
