Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers and sellers of residential properties and land parcels in Hyderabad, leveraging personal networks, referrals, and leads provided by the brokerage firm.
Conduct property assessments and market analyses to determine competitive pricing strategies and develop compelling sales pitches to attract buyers and investors.
Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features, amenities, and investment potential, and address any questions or concerns to facilitate informed decision-making.
Negotiate sales contracts and purchase agreements, advocating for the best interests of clients while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to create promotional materials, online listings, and digital campaigns to generate leads and drive property sales.
Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and industry conferences to expand professional contacts, build brand awareness, and stay updated on market trends and developments.
Provide personalized guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process, from initial consultation and property selection to closing and post-sale services.
Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transaction details using CRM software or databases provided by the brokerage firm.
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of real estate transactions and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate sales agent, with a strong track record of success in residential sales and land acquisitions in Hyderabad.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, trends, regulations, and zoning laws, particularly in prominent residential neighbourhoods and land development areas.
