Job Purpose:
To ensure sales (both volume and value) in the residential/commercial segment. Perform duties such as study the geographical market, identify and accompany prospective clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts under the guidance of Team lead / City lead
Skills:
Ø Basic knowledge of Real Estate
Ø Presentable, Fluent Vocabulary & Excellent Convincing skills
Ø Basic Knowledge of MS Office / Word / Excel
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve maximum revenue targets through primary sales in the residential segment Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, matching the investment need of the prospects
2. Using leads generated by Marketing team as well as generating self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing onground activities in corporates, clubs etc.)
3. Drive scale and growth through proper sales planning and precise execution. 4. Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Integrity.
5. In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying & renting cycle.
6. Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.
7. Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city.
8. Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists
9. Visiting potential customers for new business. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
10. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales, Providing after sales services and assisting in Home Loans for the customers
