Job Opening at Jagaha
The individual will be in charge of handling clients and closing real estate deals for F&B, retail & office spaces for rent/sale in the Mumbai Metro area. You will be allocated a specific location, ideally close to your home and a location you know well.
Most generous payouts, advanced payments given, leads provided, access to the largest direct commercial inventory, team to assist in offering properties along with a client relationship management team, mobile, business cards, laptop all provided.
YOUR JOB IS TO ADD MAXIMUM VALUE TO JAGAHA CLIENTS (ie to CLOSE DEALS for our owners & our property seekers).
If you're successful, you should make a minimum 10L annually after initial training your first year, but with our payouts and if you crack a few medium/large size deals could easily make 30L+, if not more. Thereafter, 1cr+ possible, but would require serious dedication with numerous large deals done.
PLEASE NOTE, this is not an entry-level job, minimum 4-5 years work experience required. This is an incentives only role. You must be able to support yourself for several months.
