Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Ready Mix Drivers to join our team in Oman. As a Ready Mix Driver, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient transportation of ready-mix concrete to construction sites, ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials on time. Your attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and commitment to excellence will be essential in maintaining our reputation as a reliable construction materials provider.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate and drive ready mix concrete trucks to transport materials to construction sites.

Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's mechanical and safety systems are in good working condition.

Load and unload ready-mix concrete materials according to site requirements.

Follow established routes and adhere to delivery schedules.

Ensure proper mixing and consistency of concrete during transportation.

Communicate effectively with dispatch, site supervisors, and other team members to coordinate delivery logistics.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as cleaning and basic maintenance.

Promote a positive image of the company by providing excellent customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

Valid Oman driver's license (Heavy Vehicle category) with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a Ready Mix Driver or similar role in the construction industry is highly desirable.

Familiarity with ready-mix concrete materials, mixing processes, and transportation techniques.

Strong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.

Ability to operate heavy vehicles and equipment in a safe and controlled manner.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
