1. Perform and/or initiate comprehensive database programming task(s) covering database design, validation and performing the applicable quality control procedures.

2. Strong Knowledge on Simple – Complex Custom Functions (Ex. Query Firing CFs, SAE Email alert, Calendar setup, Dynamics, Derivation, Dynamic Search Lists , ….) and perform Peer review of the Custom Function Code.

3. Monitor and track technical issues/tickets raised for resolution by end user of database.

4. Participate in calls with customer, which requires technical inputs.

5. Assist in developing and implementing new technology in clinical database design and Study reports.

6. Review study related specifications for database development/report development.

7. Contribute to existing data standards and suggest updates/deviations to existing standards if required.

8. Communicate with relevant stakeholders and contribute to identify technical activities, which requires programming skillset(s).

9. Contribute for the project plans and agreed time lines/SLA’s to deliver programming activities.

10. Identify and suggest process improvements to Lead(s)/ Project Manager

11. Participate in the functional training , mentor and train new associates joining the team

12. Participate in regular feedback sessions and knowledge sharing sessions
