Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.

Mentor and guide more junior engineers and technicians in the design, build, and test phases of projects and programs.

Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc.

Analyze simulation or test data to verify performance to requirements.

Exhibit exceptionally high level of innovation, creativity, and initiative.

Ability to work well under compressed time constraints and manage multiple projects at one time;

Willing to learn and implement process/product improvements;

Ability to read from engineering drawings or schematics;

Experience with computers, including MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook;

Ability to teach, develop, document, update and improve production processes.
