Job Overview:

We are looking for an R&D Specialist to join our team in the seasoning industry. In this role, you will help create new seasoning blends, improve existing products, and ensure they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of food science and enjoy developing new flavors and seasonings. This position is based in our facility in Kundli, Sonipat.

Key Responsibilities:

> Develop New Seasonings: Create new seasoning blends and improve current products to meet customer tastes and needs.

> Conduct Tests: Test new products and recipes to make sure they taste good and are of high quality.

> Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest food trends and consumer preferences to create unique seasoning products.

> Work with Teams: Collaborate with production, quality control, and marketing teams to make sure the seasonings are ready for the market and meet the company’s standards.

> Ensure Quality: Make sure all seasoning products meet safety and quality guidelines. Solve any issues that come up in the production process.

> Document Work: Keep detailed records of all experiments, recipes, and results. Report findings to the team.

> Follow Regulations: Ensure all products meet food safety regulations and labeling requirements.

Qualifications:

> Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field.

> At least 5 years of experience in product development or R&D in the food industry, preferably in seasonings or related products.

> Knowledge of food ingredients, seasoning, and flavors.

> Understanding of food safety standards and regulations (., FSSAI).

> Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

> Ability to work well with others and communicate ideas clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

> Experience in the seasoning or spice industry.

> Knowledge of natural ingredients or clean-label products.
