Job purpose :

To plan and carry out Research and Development activities in Sono-chemistry division.

Key Responsibilities :

Process Optimization, Verification, Scale Up and Technology Transfer of new products at sites.

Trouble shooting, plant stabilization and productivity enhancement for manufacturing of existing / contract products.

Process Safety Management Plan, schedule, organize and execute new product technology development, scale up and technology transfer with R&D / Pilot Plant / Manufacturing team members Process Design, Optimization, Control, Verification and Process Validation Process Engineering (Kinetics, Process Design, Material & Energy Balances; Process equipment Design; Facility, Utility and infrastructure design, Process Economics, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Specify process and other equipment, Process Control and Automation, etc.

Process safety testing and review at each stage of development

Requirements :

Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University and preferably major in Chemical engineering

Having min. 4 to 10 year’s experience processing and research and development of a product

Able to work independently

Good communication skill / initiative and analytical skill
