 New Product Development: Development of new product development, ensuring they meet customer requirements, industry standards and

regulatory compliance.

 Formulation development: Design, develop and optimize paint formulations to improve performance, cost and sustainability. Make

standard formulation recipe of product.

 Testing and Evaluation: Plan, execute, and analyze laboratory and field tests to evaluate paint performance, durability and compliance with

industry standards.

 Market Analysis (Product related analysis. product demand, product study)

 To ensure the Product meets the customer's standard requirements and Product Approval from Customer.

 Production support: Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth production, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.

 Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality.

 Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders..

Desired Candidates-

Bachelor��s or master's degree in Paints, chemical, polymer.

� 6+ Years experience in R&D, formulation development, or a related field in he paint or coatings (Protective coating, epoxy coating) industry.

� Strong knowledge of paint formulation, polymer chemistry, and coatings technology. Proficiency in laboratory techniques, testing methods and analytical instruments.

� Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills,

ability to work in fast paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

� Proficient in MS Office..
