We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager for our Research & Development (R&D) team. The ideal candidate will oversee the timely completion of projects with a focus on quality, mentor a dynamic team, and coordinate effectively across departments. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking in the field of industrial research.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Ensure the timely and high-quality completion of R&D projects.

Plan, execute, and monitor project milestones to meet deadlines.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and manage the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their individual and collective goals.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

Facilitate seamless coordination between different departments to ensure project alignment and smooth operations.

Act as a bridge between R&D and other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Documentation and Data Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of R&D activities, including data analysis and project documentation.

Prepare detailed reports for internal reviews and presentations to senior management.

Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS):

Implement and oversee QEHS systems, including Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Aspect Impact Analysis (AIA).

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations within the R&D lab.

Innovation and Intellectual Property:

Lead the process of research publications and patent filings to secure intellectual property.

Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new findings into ongoing research.

Qualifications:

./ in Chemistry.(Inorganic)

Minimum 5 years of experience if and Minimum 10 years of experience in case of an industrial research laboratory.

Strong managerial and leadership skills.

Analytical, logical, and creative problem-solving abilities.
