Role of candidate ,

Create functional new design concepts, modify existing designs, and oversee the plant designing and executing project.

Experience in Heat & Mass transfer, Boiler technology, Laser heating technology, Modern rice mill equipment designing, experience working in machinery field are preferable.

Research and Development Engineer duties and Responsibilities:

� Coordinating with design, and production, business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas.

� Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions.

� Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality and reduce costs and improve efficiency by reducing manpower and material.

� Creating design projects and specification sheets also to ensure quality.

� Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes.

� Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and durability.

� Resolving product issues.

Requirements:

� In-depth knowledge of mechanical and allied engineering.

Design and Development experience preferred.
