Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation of quotations in software/excel.

• The Quotation Specialist provides quotations to end-user customers.

• Processes quotations based on deadlines given by potential customers/management.

• Update/Review quotation pricing based on value, products categories, and margins set by management.

• Obtain and maintain current pricing structures, the products datasheet and products listing updations.

• Quotation Specialists are required to work closely with all departments to ensure accurate pricing is shared.

• Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.

• To maintain a database of received/submitted quotations for regular follow-up and necessary records.

Education and Skills

• Any bachelor’s degree with a minimum 1 year of previous work experience as a quotation specialist.

• Experience with Busy, MS Office, and any quotation preparing software.

• Basic Mathematics skills required.

• Having the ability to work under deadlines.

• Ability to prioritize assigned workload.
