Job Summary:
Famyo is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketplace and Quick Commerce Manager to oversee and enhance our presence across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Blinkit. This high-velocity role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, responsible for driving growth, resolving listing and account issues, and optimizing advertising campaigns to achieve the highest possible Total Return on Advertising Spend (TROAS). The successful candidate will demonstrate the potential to lead our marketplace and quick commerce channels over time, showcasing growth and the right mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance brand visibility across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Blinkit platforms.
- Advertising Management: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on the aforementioned platforms, ensuring the highest possible TROAS.
- Account Management: Monitor and manage seller and vendor accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies and promptly addressing any issues or disputes.
- Listing Optimization: Oversee product listings to ensure accuracy, compelling content, and optimization for search and conversion.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data, advertising performance, and market trends to inform strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and efficient operations.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
