Senior Quantity Surveyor - - Interior Projects Experience Only

As a senior Quantity Surveyor for Interior Works, you will be working on project estimates, vetting vendor quotations, conduct negotiations, critically review purchase prices, conducting site measurements and overseeing project budget. Your attention to detail and expertise will contribute significantly to the successful execution of our interior projects.

Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates for interior projects.

Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to understand project scope and specifications.

Evaluate Service Agreements, identifying potential risks and opportunities.

Prepare comprehensive bills of quantities (BOQs) and pricing schedules.

Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring alignment with financial plans.

Source and compare quotations for materials, labour, and services to secure cost-effective solutions.

Provide insights on cost-saving measures without compromising quality and functionality.

3-5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior works.

Proficiency in quantity take-offs, estimating, and cost analysis.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes.

Familiarity with relevant software tools and applications.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

Attention to detail and meticulous accuracy in calculations.
