We are currently looking for Quantity Surveyors for Pune location. The successful candidate(s) will support team in generating utmost quality output for our clients.

Skills required for the successful candidate will include:

Quantity Take-off and Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities as per International standards.

Familiar with International code of measurement like SMM7, ARM4, NRM.

Proficiency in working with CostX, MS Excel and relevant software.

Prior working experience on AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM would be added advantage.

Should have experience in QS activities for residential, data canters, mixed developments and commercial project.

Well conversant with detailed specification of items as per drawings

Skills to work as part of team.
