Key Responsibilities:
Quality Testing and Analysis:
Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using appropriate analytical techniques.
Perform microbiological tests, chemical analysis, and physical tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Utilize and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and functioning correctly.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all analytical activities, test results, and observations.
Prepare and review quality control documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specifications, and test protocols.
Generate and analyze quality control data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a quality control role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and microbiological testing.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of GLP, GMP, and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.).
Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
