We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Safety Officer to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols across all water management projects.

Your Tasks

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain project standards and ensure client satisfaction.

• Oversee safety practices at project sites to comply with local regulations and company policies.

• Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify potential quality or safety risks and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of quality and safety procedures, incident reports, and compliance records.

• Train team members and contractors on quality assurance protocols and safety standards.

• Investigate and report safety incidents or quality concerns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure all systems and processes align with quality and safety objectives.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements to improve quality and safety practices continuously.

Your Profile

• Education:

o Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

o Certification in Quality Assurance (QA), Safety Management, or related areas is a strong advantage.

• Experience:

o 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance and safety roles, preferably in water management, construction, or infrastructure projects.

• Skills:

o Strong understanding of quality standards (., ISO) and safety regulations.

o Proficiency in conducting audits, inspections, and preparing reports.

o Familiarity with environmental compliance standards is a plus.
