Job Description

The Quality Executive NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare

Providers) is responsible for ensuring that the healthcare organization meets

the NABH quality standards. They develop, implement and monitor quality control

programs, conduct audits and assessments, and identify areas for improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control programs in accordance with NABH standards.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality control procedures.

Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.

Ensure that healthcare professionals are trained on quality control procedures and are following them.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control programs.

Analyze data and report on quality control metrics to management.

Provide guidance and support to staff on quality control procedures.

Keep up to date with changes to NABH standards and regulations.

Ensure that the organization maintains its NABH accreditation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.

At least 2-3 years of experience in quality control in a healthcare organization.

Knowledge of NABH standards and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
