Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards.

Oversee the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications (., ISO, etc.). Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure the organizations quality management systems remain compliant.

Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and external audits. Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented to address any non-conformances.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements.

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of quality professionals. Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team stays current with best practices in quality management.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet quality standards. Conduct supplier audits and work on corrective actions if necessary.

Handle customer complaints and issues related to product quality. Implement corrective actions and work towards improving customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management. Use data to highlight areas of improvement and track the effectiveness of quality initiatives.
