Quality Management (QM) Domain / End User Experts

We are seeking experienced Quality Management (QM) End User Experts with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in managing quality processes within SAP systems. Candidates should have hands-on experience in data feeding, quality management, and handling quality control operations. Experience in the Pharma industry is preferred. Key Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a QM End User, with a focus on quality management processes.

• Hands-on experience managing quality control processes and operations using SAP S/4 HANA.

• Proficient in data management within SAP Quality Management (QM).

• Experience in the Pharma industry is preferred.

• Basic understanding of SAP systems and QM modules.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage quality-related datasets.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, quality data feeding, and quality control management tasks within the SAP QM module.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of quality data in SAP systems.

• Collaborate with production, quality control, and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and process execution.

• Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to quality management activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and issues within the SAP QM system.

• Support quality assurance and production teams with SAP-related queries and tasks.

• Participate in system upgrades and testing related to SAP QM processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SAP modules like MM (Material Management) and PP (Production Planning) is a plus.

• Prior experience in the quality management or quality control field is preferred.
