Maintain accurate quality records, including test results, inspection reports, and audit findings.

Collaborate with the sales and production teams to align on quality standards and client expectations.

Establish and enforce quality control procedures, including incoming raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.

Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
