Objective :-
To Maintain and Improve Plant Quality activities by improving Customer Satisfaction ,Product reliability and reduce plant Quality Cost .
Role & Responsibilities :-
1. Reducing Rejections, Improve Customer Satisfaction & Reduce COPQ
2. Implementation of ISO system in given area.
uct Supplier Audits and get CAPA implemented for Receiving rejections
y administration of inspection resources to support Receiving, In-process and PDI inspection
5. Revalidation of Jig & fixture, Receiving Gauges different Process Stage

9. Promptly respond to Customer complaints with appropriate Containment and Corrective actions Eliminate repeat complaints and reduce COPQ

ification & Experience Required :-
B Tech (Mechanical)
10~15 Yrs. of Experience
Additionally, below Knowledge is required :
knowledge of Basic Quality Tools,
Six Sigma DMAIC approach
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
SPC analysis capability
Knowledge of ISO 9001 system,
Work experience in IATF16949 company will be added advantage
Knowledge of MS
