Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, development, and quality assurance of engineering projects. This role involves collaborating with senior engineers, conducting analyses, and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of engineering projects.

Conduct tests and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Analyze data and prepare reports on project progress and quality metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Maintain project documentation and support the quality assurance process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) or a related field.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering software (., AutoCAD, MATLAB) and tools relevant to the field.

Quality Assurance Knowledge: Understanding of quality management systems and methodologies (., ISO, Six Sigma).

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
