Job Description

Job Summary: The Quality Inspector/Engineer will ensure that all springs and stamping

products meet the highest quality standards. This role involves inspecting raw materials,

monitoring production processes, and conducting final product evaluations to ensure

compliance with company and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye

for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to

ensure adherence to quality standards.

Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and

specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand

product requirements.

Identify defects or deviations and recommend corrective actions to the production

team.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.

Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to address quality issues and

implement improvements.

Perform routine audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality

control protocols.

Ensure that all quality control activities align with legal, safety, and company

standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

experience.

Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably in springs and stamping products.

Proficiency in using measuring tools such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges.

Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Familiarity with quality management systems (., ISO standards) is a plus.
