Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections of automotive components and products throughout the production process.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements during production.

Conduct tests and measurements to validate compliance with technical requirements.

Identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and implement process improvements.

Document quality control activities, results, and non-conformance issues.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain consistent production quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster continuous improvement initiatives.

Train and support production staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.

Monitor product rework and scrap rates to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Maintain and update quality control documentation to ensure compliance with both internal and external standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, .

Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably within the automotive industry.

In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and methodologies (., ISO 9001, TS16949).

Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and requirements.
