Job description

Role & Responsibilities

Enforce adherence to all quality standards in line with company protocols.

Conduct material testing, including third-party assessments.

Maintain comprehensive records of quality-related data and propose alternative solutions when necessary.

Provide training to site teams on quality procedures.

Resolve issues and troubleshoot quality-related challenges.

Skill Sets

Proficient in concrete mix design and formwork design; experience with PT and aluminum formwork preferred.

Familiarity with all Codal requirements.

Ability to interpret technical drawings for insights into shuttering and staging designs, including specialized formwork and falsework.

Assist in the development of handbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Conduct technical audits.

Experienced in RCC and finishing activities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning.

Self-starter with strong initiative.
