Quality Head (Full Time)

Lead the quality control team to ensure all garments meet company standards and customer requirements.

Conduct manual inspections and quality assessments at different stages of the production process (fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing).

Implement and oversee quality control checks to ensure defect-free garments before they reach customers.

Identify quality issues during production, troubleshoot, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Analyze production data and feedback to identify recurring issues, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on quality requirements.

Address and resolve customer complaints related to garment quality and implement actions to prevent recurrence.

Develop and execute training sessions for staff on quality standards, inspection processes, and garment production techniques.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce defects, and improve product quality.

Monitor performance metrics related to quality, ensuring alignment with customer satisfaction goals.

Proven experience in quality control and assurance within the garment manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of garment production processes (fabric, stitching, finishing, and packaging).
