Quality Executive

- Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications before they are released to the market.

- Conduct regular quality checks during production to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.

- Perform sensory and laboratory testing on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.

- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international food safety and quality regulations.

- Stay updated on the latest regulations and ensure that the company's products and processes comply with food safety laws (., FSSAI, ISO, etc.).

- Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement corrective actions.

- Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality control procedures, hygiene practices, and food safety standards.

- Lead internal and external audits for quality management systems and ensure that the company adheres to industry best practices.

- Investigate product defects or complaints, identify the root cause, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Maintain detailed records of quality checks, test results, and audits for internal use and compliance.

- Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Monitor and inspect the quality of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and ingredients.
