Job Description:

Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.

Develop and implement quality management strategies and initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Establish quality standards and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and standards (., ISO 9001).

Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.

Conduct audits and inspections to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.

Train and develop quality assurance staff on quality principles, processes, and tools.

Conduct regular internal audits as per ISO 9001 and IATF standards.
