Roles & Responsibilities:
Learn our in-house developed tool Virtuoso to completely understand its capabilities and its application
Participate in customer calls to understand their requirements, challenges and provide solution through Virtuoso
Participates in Sprint Planning, Estimation, and Retrospective meetings to review project progress and act accordingly
Be the customer point of contact and keep constant communication with key stake holders
Plays vital role during project planning by providing estimates and detailing tasks involved across each step
Remains actively involved in designing, leading, and reviewing ongoing Test Plan and Test Strategy based on the defined client requirements
Actively work with team members, assign tasks and keep track of the progress and raise any alarm with required stakeholders in case of project risks and collectively mitigate it
Closely work with internal product engineering team to help solve any customer related challenge
Creates and reviews of test cases, Test Plan and Test Strategy, test data for all required test scenarios
Tracks and monitors all testing activities
Performs defect tracking and status reporting by proper documentation
Excellent communication skills is default trait
Good to have JavaScript experience
